Rates

Office Visit:  55 minutes: $140.00*

Your location:  $175.00 (some exceptions apply)

Extended Session: 90 minutes: $200 (request before scheduled visit)

Half-day intensive (two 90 minute sessions with break): $400

Business Consultation: $$175..00 hour

Group (80 minutes):  $45.00 session

     *Initial consultation:  $175.00.  This includes 30-minutes free telephpone consultation.




Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I do not bill insurance.  Instead,  I give you a form to submit to your insurance company (the address it typically on the back of the insurance card).   I am considered an "out-of-network: provider."  

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
