Dr. Rippy has over 25 years of therapy experience with individuals feeling overwhelmed or stuck, couples with communication problems or in crisis, pre-marital counseling, children with behavior and attitude problems and family ssues. She also acts as a consultant assisting management in business with conflicts resolution and policy. She holds a Ph.D. in both Clinical and Organizational Psychology and is a licensed Marriage, Child and Family Therapist. Some of her qualifications are:
• A mental health license since 1983 in Individual, Marriage, Family & Child Therapy
• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and Organizational Psychology
• Advanced post-graduate training in Structural Family Therapy at UCI Medical Center.
• On-going continuing education in individual, marriage and family therapy. Recent study areas include parenting, eating disorders, human sexuality, infidelity, mindfulness, and healing meditations.
• Endorses and values a statement about marriage therapy and marital commitment.
• A high success rate of strengthening couples relationships when they are in transition or a crisis.
• Advanced training in Infidelity - including emotional affairs, cybersex and sex addiction
